Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of claudelink.ai (the "Site"), the marketing and documentation website for ClaudeLink, a product of RBJ Global LLC. The ClaudeLink software itself (the "Software") is open source and is governed by its own license, described below.

The website is informational

This website is provided for general informational purposes. It describes ClaudeLink and how to install and use it. It is not a sales channel; ClaudeLink is free and open source. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise).

The software is MIT licensed

ClaudeLink is released under the MIT License. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software, and the disclaimers that come with it, are set out in that license, which travels with the source code. The full text is in the repository at the project LICENSE file. Where the MIT License and these Site terms differ as to the Software, the MIT License governs the Software.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make a best effort to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is current. Features, commands, and documentation described here may change in the software without us updating this site immediately. The Software is likewise provided "as is" under the terms of its MIT License.

Acceptable use of this site

You may read, share links to, and reference this site freely. You agree not to:

  • access this site through automated means at a rate or in a manner that disrupts service for other visitors;
  • attempt to inject content, manipulate URLs, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the security of this site;
  • scrape this site to build a competing or substantially similar publication;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any communication you send us in connection with this site.

If you discover a genuine security issue in this site or in the Software, please report it responsibly to info@rbjglobal.com. We will acknowledge in good faith and respond as soon as we are able.

Trademarks and independence

The ClaudeLink name and the text, layout, and design of this website are owned by RBJ Global LLC. ClaudeLink is an independent open-source project. It interoperates with third-party tools and connects to third-party AI models, and the names of those products are the trademarks of their respective owners: Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC; Codex and GPT are trademarks of OpenAI; Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC; Goose and other named tools are trademarks of their respective owners. ClaudeLink is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other model or tool provider. We name these products only to describe what ClaudeLink interoperates with.

Third-party links

This site links to github.com, npmjs.com, rbjglobal.com, and a small number of other external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBJ Global LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of claudelink.ai, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you. Use of the Software is governed by the warranty disclaimer and liability limitation in its MIT License.

Informal dispute resolution

If you have a concern about this site, please contact info@rbjglobal.com first so we can address it directly. Most issues can be resolved by email and in good faith, without formal action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Venue

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of claudelink.ai that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party waives any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
