Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how RBJ Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company (referred to as "RBJ Global", "we", "us", or "our"), handles personal information in connection with the ClaudeLink website at claudelink.ai (the "Site") and the ClaudeLink open-source software (the "Software"). For purposes of the GDPR or analogous laws, where any personal information is processed in connection with the Site, RBJ Global LLC is the data controller.

What this website collects

Nothing.

We do not run analytics on this site. We do not set cookies. We do not load third-party scripts that could collect data on our behalf. We have no email signup forms, contact forms, newsletters, or waitlists. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes connection data such as your IP address and user agent in order to deliver pages to your browser and to defend against abuse. We do not enable any Cloudflare analytics product on this site, and we do not access Cloudflare's operational logs to profile visitors, build audiences, or run marketing.

The only way data reaches us from this site is if you choose to send an email to info@rbjglobal.com. In that case, we receive the email content and reply.

What the ClaudeLink software collects

Also nothing.

ClaudeLink is local-first. When you install and run it, it stores its state in a single SQLite database file on your own machine. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no cloud service that your messages pass through. ClaudeLink does not phone home. It sends no usage analytics, no crash reports, and no telemetry of any kind to RBJ Global or to anyone else. The messages your agents exchange stay on your computer.

ClaudeLink connects coding agents you already run (for example Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, or Goose). Those tools, and the model providers behind them, have their own privacy practices that apply to the prompts and content you send through them. ClaudeLink does not add a data-collection layer on top; it simply passes messages between agents on your machine. Because the Software is open source and MIT licensed, you can read every line and confirm this for yourself in the repository at github.com/jaysidd/claudelink.

Verification

You can verify the website claims yourself. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and reload any page on this site. You will see requests for the page itself, the static assets it references, and self-hosted fonts. You will not see Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Mixpanel, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking script. Open the Application tab and look at Cookies and Local Storage for claudelink.ai. Both lists will be empty. We do not run browser fingerprinting, session recording, or behavioral telemetry of any kind.

LinkedIn link. The footer of this site includes a link to the RBJ Global LLC company page on LinkedIn. We do not load LinkedIn scripts, set cookies, or track visitors on this site. If you click the link, LinkedIn opens in a new tab and LinkedIn's own privacy practices apply once you are there.

ClaudeLink is one of several products made by RBJ Global LLC. Other products, and the corporate site at rbjglobal.com, have their own privacy policies covering whatever each of them does. This policy covers only the claudelink.ai website and the ClaudeLink software.

Your rights

Because neither the Site nor the Software collects personal data, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port on your behalf. If you have emailed us, you may request that we delete the email thread. To make that request, write to info@rbjglobal.com from the email address used in the original thread, and we will confirm deletion in writing.

Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and other jurisdictions with similar laws have additional statutory rights regarding personal data held by businesses. Those rights apply to data that is actually held. As described above, the only personal data we can hold is correspondence you have sent us. Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of that correspondence should be sent to the address above.

International data transfers

RBJ Global LLC operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the email you send is processed and stored on infrastructure located in the United States. By emailing us, you understand that your message will cross international boundaries to reach us.

Children

claudelink.ai is intended for a general developer audience and is not directed to children under 13. Consistent with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has emailed us, write to info@rbjglobal.com and we will delete the correspondence. Residents of jurisdictions with higher minimum ages (for example, the EU general age-of-consent floor of 16 unless a member state has lowered it) should apply the local standard.

Future changes to these practices

We currently collect no data on this site and ship no telemetry in the software. If our practices change in the future, we will update this policy with a new effective date and clear disclosure of what changed. In particular, if we ever add analytics, marketing measurement, or any form of telemetry, we will update this policy first, deploy any consent mechanism required for your jurisdiction, and describe specifically what is collected and why. We commit to updating before changing, not after. Material changes that expand the categories of data we collect will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
